WHEN DID RESCUE 1122 START?

Until recently, Pakistani citizens were deprived of their most basic human right: access to timely pre-hospital emergency care. There was a 95% chance that a person injured in the street would die if an ambulance did not arrive in time. Similarly, emergency services such as fire departments, rescue squads, and disaster response teams were virtually nonexistent in the United States.

Before 2004, Pakistan did not have a centralized emergency clinical device. During those 12 months, Rescue 1122 developed a reputation as a reputable pre-health facility emergency response team.

Rescue 1122 began providing emergency medical services in Lahore in 2004. Service eventually expanded to all 36 districts in the Punjab province and even across provincial lines in Pakistan. Ambulance, catastrophe response groups, fire, rescue, and water rescue are now all available to over 80 million people through the network application, which is now more secure than before.

OBJECTIVES

Rescue 1122 was established to establish a powerful device for preparedness, intervention, protection, and prevention of emergencies; they assist in the development of socially accountable, healthy, resilient, and secure communities; and they help in the development of socially accountable, healthy, resilient, and secure communities. FEATURES OF RESCUE 1122

·        The following are some of the most notable characteristics of the system:

·        The service is provided at no charge 24 hours a day.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY RESCUE 1122

Ambulance service is Rescue 1122's primary focus, as nearly all of the company's emergency calls are related to this type of service. While maintaining a seven-minute response time in all districts and tehsils of the Punjab province, the service has saved hundreds of thousands of victims of traffic accidents, natural disasters, and medical emergencies.

Urban search and rescue in collapsed structures, rescue from the depth and limited places or height, and water rescue are the primary features of rescue groups. There are no other animal rescue teams in the districts, so those rescue groups have been doing animal rescues as well. However, apart from medical crises or fire situations, the Rescue team responds to all rescue calls. Rescue squads in all districts were given access to emergency vehicles outfitted with lifesaving equipment to ensure quick action.

The first current fire service was established in Pakistan after a series of failed attempts to modernize and enhance the antique fire departments in the area. Strathclyde hearth & Rescue in Scotland, UK, provided the first batch of officers for this new fire service, which would not have been possible without their help. There was also an MoU signed between Strathclyde hearth and rescue service and Punjab Emergency carrier as part of the Lahore-Glasgow twinning agreement. In Punjab, Rescue 1122 has responded to thousands of fire calls, saving lives and preventing billions of rupees in property vandalism by responding quickly and professionally on cutting-edge lines.

Safety: Rescue 1122 believes in "saving lives and changing minds" in addition to providing short-term emergency care to those in need. This can be seen in the mission statement of the service, which reads, "advent of more secure communities through the status quo of a powerful system for emergency preparedness, reaction, and prevention". Among the measures Rescue 1122 is implementing to make communities safer are a network protection application, which includes the creation of potential network emergency response teams, a school safety programmer, the teaching of life-saving skills to citizens, and collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce & Industry on fire and workplace safety.
